![]() We were told by their employee to select photos. Corporate was made aware and simply stopped responding. We had to reach out to corporate and they responded “Unfortunately due to covid we do not allow people to choose their pictures.” “Unfortunately we do not offer refunds” - Again we were not given our actual package that we paid for: The package included 5 video clips. She didn’t allow us the opportunity to pick what we would have considered were the best pictures and when she was made aware of the situation and the fact that the tech told us to request the ones we wanted due to the positioning of the baby. ![]() When we got to the front desk the receptionist said “oh, well I printed them already” handed us photo selects that we would not have chosen and shooed us along. To be fair the actual technician was nice After doing our ultrasound she told us she picked a few image options for us to select from so that we could pick which we wanted to print and specifically have put into our keychain. I feel sad that she doesn’t have the package that I paid for, did not receive the service that shou ld she have and worst doesn’t even have images that she wanted. This was also the only time that I could come into an appointment with her. Let’s start with: This was a birthday gift for my little sister, who is pregnant with her first child. I do my best to be thoughtful to businesses doing their best to operate during covid but the service provided by the front desk receptionist was beyond subpar and furthermore I paid for a package that we were NOT given.
